ServiceDirect(SD) is CCI's Service request tracking database system that will allow you to query the requests that have been opened for your site. As a ServiceDirect User, you can see Open, Pending and/or Closed SD calls for your site.

NOTICE INFORMATION
Attachments can be added after your new ServiceDirect request is opened.
If you have any questions or continue to have problems, please call our Help Desk for assistance.
1) If you need to provide PHI (Personal Health Information), PII (Personally Identifiable Information), or FOUO(For Official Use Only) documentation, please attach them to the ServiceDirect request ticket.
2) Please always update your phone numbers when possible. Your contact information is very important and needs to be up to date.
3) If a person in your contact list is no longer with your hospital site, please inform us by opening a ticket with the name of the the individual to be removed from your cc:list.
